EU Startups: London-based Mercaux raises €4 million Series A to digitally transform brick-and-mortar stores

Mercaux works to integrate the technology used by ecommerce platforms into physical retail through a mobile sales assistant application used by retail associates instore. The platform is used by more than 250 stores around the world and clients include Karen Millen, French Connection, United Colors of Benetton, Nike and Under Armour among others. The digital transformation of the retail industry is estimated to be worth $4 trillion. Founded in 2013, Mercaux has just raised a Series A round of £3.5 million led by Nauta Capital.
