Mercaux is a digital retail platform used to enhance the shopper experience, and generate incremental revenues, by empowering sales associates to sell more effectively in store. The company connects its iOS and Android-based apps to live inventory feeds across the entire estate of retail stores, as well as their e-commerce site, to allow sales associates to convert potential lost sales. The platform also provides sales associates with opportunities to cross-sell other items to complete a ‘look’, vastly improving the AOV and increasing the basket size or Units Per Transaction (UPT).
The Mercaux platform is modular, configurable and highly adaptive, to ensure it works with retailers’ existing technology systems and meets individual retailer requirements. Customers including Nike, Karen Millen, Under Armour, French Connection, Springfield and Dufry typically see uplift in sales of between 6-12%.
